I'd never thought of googling my pseudonym until I read this thread. I got 11,000 hits and none of it was me except one link on the second or third page. This experience has made me realize that I should probably state somewhere that I'm not the OlderThanDirt that has a lawn care blog, nor do I have anything to do with FreeRepublic (shiver). This happened to me a few years ago when I googled my real name and for about three months told everyone I met that I wasn't the "My Name" that blogged constantly about all her ferrets. I don’t blog, I read and comment. I’d never thought of googling my pseudonym until I read this thread. I got 11,000 hits and none of it was me except one link on the second or third page.
