lmao!!! Timbits are doughnut holes. I don’t think he misses his bits nearly as much as my mouth. Ha ha!! Whoa…I think I just hit on myself. Pervy! lol. ok, ok. I digress. We have a chain called Tim Horton’s here, they sell fantastic coffee and doughnuts. The timbits (doughnut holes) are sold I think so that you feel like you’re not actually eating a whole doughnut. However, I’m pretty sure 30 of them equal more than a coupla…!!!!!

It has become the custom in my circle of friends, that if someone bemoans a song currently going round in their head, the other one will should “FLASH! HA-ha! Saviour of the universe!” at them. Thereby giving them a *worse* song to sing all day.

I could only save myself from all the songs in this thread by careful application of a healthy dose of Beethoven’s 9th. The second movement rocks. Seriously. I once had the pleasure of singing the fourth movement in a concert, and could attend the orchestra rehearsals for two days before, mostly sitting behind the string section. One of the happiest musical memories of my life.

I can drive DH nuts by just singing “a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down!” a la Julie Andrews and the song will be stuck in his head for the rest of the day. Oooo.. I should call him and sing it to him now :P

BNL played Glasgow last year and were probably the best concert I've ever seen. It was just a party of love and joy. And they said we were their favourite place in the world to play and I was like, "Yeah yeah, everyone says that about everywhere," except afterwards I went onto their blog and they'd actually written it there. (Someone from Toronto was pissed.) To be fair, we are possibly the only audience I've ever been in that didn't just sing along, but spontaneously harmonised. HARMONISED. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL. Which is all just to say: fatgirlonadate, I am so jealous. What an excellent, excellent thing to have done with your time.
