So the lesson here is to choose your victims carefully, and you’ll get a lighter sentence, I guess. I mean sure, it was wrong and all, but the little slut was obivously already a public utility. No harm, no foul. Is that it?

I have no words. None at all. Not that don’t involve multiple paragraphs of profanity.

From the Oxford Mail, some followup: The case has now been referred to the Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith, the chief legal adviser to the Government, after the Crown Prosecution Service, which brought the case against Fenn, said it thought Judge Hall's sentence was "too lenient". advertisement Lord Goldsmith has the power to pass the case to the Appeal Court for review of the sentence.
