One More Time
Those of you who have been around for a while know I’ve harbored fantasies of getting an advice column off the ground for some time. Fortunately, my friend Laurie Ruettimann is much more of a go-getter than I am, and she’s not letting me get away with giving up on that idea. Thus, Ask the Blondes.
We’ll offer our bossy opinions on pretty much anything, but Laurie, unlike me, has some actual expertise: 12 years’ experience working in HR for some pretty hoity-toit companies. So if you have career-style questions, she’s your blonde. If you want to know where to find the best plus-size undies, I’ll try to help you out. All questions in between will be fielded by whichever one of us gets to the inbox first, or by guest bloggers when we’re stumped.

So excited about this! I love advice columns, especially when they’re right! I tune into Dear ‘Abby’, and let’s face it… Abby–TNG is a frighteningly bad and misguided adviser.

Ok, I will ask the question on the underwear, since you made the comment. I am looking for underwear that are comfortable and supportive, but not cut so high on the thigh that I have to adjust myself so much to keep everything in place. I used to love Just My Size but they seem to have gone to strictly this style. I need a size 14. I would also like a full coverage panty. Please help! Thank you!
